Hosting two different places in two different states

Hi everyone, I have had the opportunity to host another place in Arizona  with the help of local services and family for managing.

( I currently host in California a room iside my house)

My concern is, can I have the place in AZ  listed under  my existing account or do I have  to create a new account? And if possible, how does that work with bank payments etc?

No limitations geographically. You could have a property i another country on the same account.
