How can I edit the House Rules sections?

I'm new the this community. I can't seems to find a way to edit the the House Rules sections. I followed the prompts but when I click on "description" the House Rules sections doesn't appear, therefore I can't edit it. How can I get a hold of Airbnb support?

@LisaMarie0 if you tried it on the computer, try it on the app and if you were on the app, try it on a computer; the house rules have had a bug for a few months.
