How do I request money from a co-host?

How do I request money from a co-host? It seems the instructions for this action may need to be updated.

I'm having similar situation. The instructions say 

To request money from your host through Airbnb:

1. Go to Your listings on airbnb.com and select a listing
2. Click Co-hosts at the top of the page
3. Click Send/request money, then follow the instructions to submit your expenses

But there is no "Sen/requst money" option when you get there???
