How do i send an offer for a new stay to a guest who stayed with us previously

A guest who stayed with us previously as message us through the same thread as the previous booking looking to stay again, however on the messaging system I cannot find the make an offer option. Would welcome any ideas. Thanks Claude

Hi @Claude16,

You would need to have the guest send an inquiry for the dates they wish to stay and then you can make a special offer.  

You may also be able to go into your messaging section for the guest and choose "send special offer", enter the dates and the price and send it.  I just tried it and it let me enter this info but I did not want to send it.  I think this option is only available for a short time after their original stay.
