How the **bleep** do I get hold of customer support???

Type  "Contact Airbnb" in the search box on this forum, there are a hundred and one plus posts related to it and listing the many ways to contact them.

I have to say I find the lack of customer i.e. host contact on Air BnB appalling.  I just spent a ridiculous amount of time looking for a simple answer on how to hold dates.  HomeAway/CanadaStays may not be as big or as popular as Air BnB, but from day one, literally, their customer contact has been excellent!!!

They contacted ME by phone & email asking if I had any questions and I even have my own "go to" Client Coordinator!!
