How to call AirBnB

This information is available elsewhere within the host forums, but because AirBnB seems to be making it ever-increasingly difficult for people to find ways to contact them, I'm going to start posting this list of phone numbers once a week or two.

And, yes, there are other ways to contact AirBnB (sending DMs to their Twitter account, @AirbnbHelp, for one), but many people want a freakin' phone number, so there they are:

That link does not provide a phone number and that is what Dede is posting about... it's actually a very helpful post, and your reply is out of context.

You can call them but good luck getting anyone that knows something.  I got a man today that couldn't answer a single question and went round and round with me.  He sounded asleep or drunk.  He would not give me his name, or switch me to a supervisor or refer me to IT with my problem.  I slowly reviewed each point where he did NOT help me and threatened to remove my listing with Air bnb altogether.  He was supposed to switch me to IT (after numerous requests) and all he did was put me on hold.  I hung up and called back and got a woman (Berlin?) who helped me but couldn't resolve the issue or refer me to the IT department.  My issue still remains: I cannot edit my profile and remove a picture of me holding my driver's license that someone outside AirBNB was able to find.  This is a threat to security and could be used against me if found by the wrong party. If anyone knows someone to call THAT ACTUALLY KNOWS SOMETHING or can help me, I would appreciate your response.

I found your profile picture, you have to click on it, not the primary.

You can certainly replace a profile picture, I have not tried to delete one.

David

Ok I found that the questionable picture is located in my profile pictures (I only have two).  I don't know how it got here but that's not the point.  I cannot delete this photo or upload a new one.  When I go into the photo section to edit, I get the error message and Airbnb cannot seem to figure out.

Log a technical issue like that here: https://www.airbnb.ca/help/feedback

Absolutely agree with @Dede0!

Its the most annoying in this - I cannot find on the website any customer support option to ask for advice from the AirBnB team.

Isnt this a duty and a part of theirs services? We are their customers!

and btw.. anyone can help me?

Spotted a very strange diference:

- I cannot see my listing if Im not logged in.

- As soon as Im logging in, I can see it on search.

Absolutely no sence of anything!!!

Cheers, Andris

@Andris0 If you have Instant Book turned on for your listing AND if you've checked the box that says guests are required to have positive recommendations from other hosts, then that's why your listing won't show up to you (or anyone) when not logged in. Until a guest is logged in, the system has no way of knowing whether they have received host recommendations. Make sense?
