How to strugle with dirty guests?

hi we just came home from renting out our appartmemnt. 

the appartment was not cleaned even though it was agreed. 

i would like to charge the guest a cleaning fee. how do i go about this?

Hello Kasper,
Unfortunately, you will not be able to charge a cleaning fee after the reservation has been made. Many host do require a cleaning fee, including myself so if you want to begin charging one go to managing your listing and where it list additional fees/charges add your cleaning fee so you won't feel the sting so much when guest live your home dirty and you have extra work to do to get back to your standard. I reduced my fee from 60 to 25 because my of my guest have been pretty clean and respectfull of our belongs.
