How to word this request?

We will soon be offering a second room in our home for airbnb guests.  Both rooms have ensuite bathrooms.  The problem is the ensuites are situated between the two rooms.  Late night or early morning showers by one room may disturb the guests in the other room.  I'd like to ask guests to shower during "normal" daytime hours to avoid this kind of disturbance.  How would you word this?

Easy. Shower time: 7:00AM to 11:00PM or something like that. My guests would all follow this.

What about flushing the toilet - would that also have to be at certain hours ? 😉

And guests needing to leave very early, there may be unavoidable noise in the corridor or accidental slamming of doors.  Just like in some hotels where soundproofing is on the poor side.
