How we can check my ID?

I try to check my I.D. (passport, ID, drive licence) but sistem denied time and time again. I diden't take a reservation. Somebody help me?

Make sure you're using Google Chrome on a computer, with cleared out your cache, cookies, and history. 

If you go on your account > click Edit Profile > click Trust and Verification > click Provide ID. See "Confirm Details" are available for you to select instead of selecting Government ID. 

In order to complete that verification, you would need to do one or the other so hopefully you'll be able to go through that.
