I accepted a automated payment reservation and now airbnb says, "Awaiting Payment" from the traveler

I don't know if I should rent out my property to someone else or not.  I have another client that wants to book from a different site, but airbnb says that they are "Awaiting Payment" from the traveler.  Any idea of what I can and should do?  Thanks!
