I am an owner/property manager and I have to review my guest

Hello community!

We are property manager and few days ago our guest checked out and an invitation sent to us to review him. But actually we did nt meet him at the house as we are property managers and the owner actually met him and settle him down, etc. So, how do I have to review him, do I have to invite the owner of the villa. I suppose that if I dont write a review within 14 days, probably he will not review us. Am I right or not? If anyone understands my issue, please help. Thanks in advance
