I am having a problem with a host not writing me back.

I would like to move to Tierra del Bocca in Columbia. The host's name is Charle and I have wrote him 2 very respectful letters outling who I am and what I need, which is mostly time. I do not want anyone to get into trouble but I feel the host should have wrote me back with a yes or no answer. In this way if it is no I would be able to make another arrangements. If you need the file# let me know but it is the only listing for Tierra del Bocca on the Cartagena list. Please keep me posted.
