I am looking for the correct telephone number as the one provided on the websit does not work for SK

I tried to call from Slovakia - wrong number. 

I need to cancel booking but the system says it is too late - it was paid already

Probably giving you wrong information as Airbnb does not respect its own Terms and Conditions, I strongly suggest that you call Airbnb directly by phone to discuss it directly with a consultant.
