I can't log into the webpage with my Mac

I haven't been able to log into the webpage for 5 days with my Mac.  I can log in with my phone, but it is hard to manage my listings on my iPhone.  This has been a real problem because I received a cancellation, but I have always had my cancellation policy set at strict.  I don't know how it became flexible.  Are other people having these problems?

@Ann198 what happens when you try to log in using your browser?

In general, a good thing to try is to clear your cookies and try again.

You might even try using a different browser application.

Restarting your computer can help sometimes.
