I can't send special offer - missed the 24 hour deadline

Hi,

I missed the 24h deadline since I had a few follow-up questions to my guest so I were sure they were going to be satisfied. 
So insteade of approving their booking i just asked questions, and now my calender is blocket and i can't send a special offer for these specific dates. 

Any ideas what to do?
