I cannot make a payment

I made a reservation in June 2017 on air bnb for accommodation in April 2018.  It gave me the option to pay 50% deposit and balance just prior to date of reservation.  My booking and deposit payment was accepted and finalised.  I have been regularly in contact with the lovely host and I have asked her how to make full payment of balance.  But she does not know and I can't find anywhere to make the balance payment.  I have now altered my reservation to add an extra day in the hope that it will give me an option to make the payment. But still not yet.  How do I pay the balance of my reservation please?

Is this reservation a "long-term-stay"  (more then 28 nights)  ?

Did you check your transaction history, also what is listed under "future transactions" ?
