I deactivated my listing, but pending guests can't see the listing anymore

Hi All,

I deactivated my listing as I am busy over the next few months and didn't want to take any new bookings.  However, I have guests booked for this coming weekend and they cannot see the listing.  I would have expected that they would still be able to see the listing if only as a reminder to them about what they have booked.  Is there any way that I can enable them to see the listing without having to reactivate it?

I did try to find a contact address direct to airbnb on the website, but I just keep being directed to the help page and the suggestions it offers.

Thanks for any info.

Hello @Kez1. The current setting of the site is to only support the pending guests/bookings by not affecting them if a host decides to unlist: "Turning your listing off doesn’t affect your confirmed reservations." from https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/476/how-do-i-snooze-or-deactivate-my-listing

You cannot make it visible only to them manually.

If you snooze your listing rather than unlist, future guests will be able to see it, but it will not turn up in search results.
