I have a 0% response rate but have always responded and have bookings accepted.

I have only just started on AirBnB but I have had a few enquiries (mostly for rooms that aren't listed as avalible on the dates selected) and one accepted booking but my reponse rate still says 0% and that I have responded to 0 out of 0 enquiries or reservation requests.  I have always responded within the timeframe. I have read about the difference between an enquiry and a request but I have accepted bookings so these must count, surely? Any ideas?

I just saw this same thing this morning.  Yesterday it was 100%, as it should be (I have always responded very quickly).

On my wifes account when I look at the listing, it shows my response rate as 100%.  This looks to be a bug.

Is there a way to inform AirBNB of bugs in their software?
