I have an email confirming an accepted reservation but it does not show up on the app

2 bookings made tonight, got confirmation messages which have now disappeared from the app.  I got one email which I printed out. - it is no longer in my trip box either.....do I trust airbnb or not..... i cant talk to anyone to clarify what is going on!!!!

@Julie542 Are you using the mobile app to view your messages and recent bookings? If yes then try to open your account on a computer or laptop i am sure you will be able to view all reservations and notifications. Good luck!!!

Still no emails and no trips despite being on the computer site.

Same experience as mine. I have a guest who used credit card to reserve my unit. He got charge but it didnt reflect in airbnb app.
