i have been full the whole month. i have a four day rest and a booking from england will be here for 4 nights.

funny im already booking for july.

hope ill have some time for a vacation myself this summer.

i just hope the mother and father of bombs dont start falling this summer

Oh dear I am with you on that one Bruce....and with the 'fruit cakes' that have their fingers on that button I do fear for the world.

You know Bruce, back in 1990 there was a US Senator from, I think, the state of Kansas by the name of Bob Dole. I saw an interview where he was being quized about his stance on George Bush senior's role in the war in Iraq, the Gulf War!

He said in that interview....."These people need to understand what they are dealing with here. I can tell you there are groups of bad guys running around the Middle East that make Saddam Hussein look like a Kindegarten teacher, be very careful what you wish for"!

He wasn't far off the mark, was he!

Now, here we go again, a battle of egos. Obama might not have been a lot of things to a lot of Americans but, as far as the rest of the world was concerned, we felt safe with him at the helm.

I can't say that any more....l hope for your sake Bruce, and ours, we don't see that mother of all bombs again!

To those it might annoy, sorry if I drift off the thread again!

oh, that drifting thread.... let me pick it just a strand of it. It's hard to figger just what's going on with the Trumper.

He ain't that bright, and appears to be an actor posing as light fun distraction. No kidding. The news is situation comedy.

I mean, if you loosen the grip fear has on us all, really loosen, let go of all worry - the news is plain silly. My hunch?

And this is a wild one - the 'mission' Donny has been given is to obliterate any respect for the presidential voice, all while prepping

laws and moves to turn the US of A into a giant prison, yet allowing the entire population of Netanyahu's fellow citizens to

immigrate en masse to Arizona or thereabouts - and not that that's a bad thing. They'll call it 'Peace at Last in the Middle East' or something goofy like that - and they won't be wrong. They'll be right. And the Donald will astonishingly become popular for this,

will win re-election, and then pass more laws changing laws until you and I won't recognize Amerika any more. And......

and nobody believes me, and friends from Tel Aviv disavow me, and ...and ...back to the thread everyone...

tell the truth, I haven't the foggiest about what is going on in the states; the news is so confused

and rife with misdirection, spiced with truth a person doesn't recognise (least not me) that I give up. It's hard enough keeping

track of what's really going on where we live in Asia.

Make hay while the sun shines, I guess; attract good guests regularly. Us, we're easing out due to laws and less stress,

more reliability in other ventures. Don't know about anyone else, but I've never been interested in the money side of this - of course, have to pay utilities, do the cleaning, lots of laundry - but meeting nice new folks from all over, helping them is the fun part.

Filipinos, Chinese from Guangzhao most interesting.
