I need my guest to send a picture

Hello 

I'm a new host.

Someone inquired about my place but I need her to send me a picture of her ID (her only verified info are email and phone, the account is brand new with no activity) and ID of her companion, who will be staying with her.

I haven't accepted the reservation because of that lack of ID.

Is there any way she could send me an email with the pictures?

Nope, she is not going to be able to send you a picture.  She needs to go through the validation process provided by Airbnb.  You can ask her to complete that before agreeing to take her reservation.

I think I am in the same situation as you.  I would like to have a better idea of who they are.  What if you already accepted ?

How could I know my guests better?

You'll never know your guests completely - they are, after all, strangers.  But you can ask them more questions to get a better feel for their personality and intentions.
