You can create a separate listing for each apartment and then a listing for each combination of apartments if you want to appeal to larger groups that would be seeking listings with bigger accommodations.  Sync your calendars and if someone books one of the combo listings, the caledar on the single apartment would be blocked.  

That being stated, alternatively, you can include a message on each separate listing that larger parties can be accommodated by contacting you.
