ID Verification frustation

Hello,

I joined recently and i was asked to verify my ID and/or Driving licence upon trying to close a house for some days.

Well i must have tried close to 100 times already and i went through a great deal to even re-issue a new police ID just so that the picture displayed is one from 2 days ago as opposed to 20 years ago.

But... my new ID does not seem to get approved no matter what.

i keep getting "We weren’t able to check that you’re really you with the photo you added of your ID. To help us make sure it’s you, please add a clearer photo of your ID.", i tried with every possible method there is, android app, browser camera and upload. I also tried using my driving license but that is 12 years old now so maybe there the picture won't match exactly either way.

Unfortunately changing my driving licence also is just out of the question so i am at a loss.

HI Dimitris, I am having the same problem.  Did you get a response to fix the problem?

probably fully automated ... in any case - asking for an ID to be scanned in is quite a bit of an overreach ...
