ID Verification too blurred

Hello, 

I'm trying to book a place and have verified my ID a long time ago and it is makes as verified on my profile. However: when I go to book it says my ID is too blurred and I need to take another photo. I've done this, twice, once passport and once driving license. The photos are definitely not blurry. The message comes that my ID is being verified and it shouldn't take long. But nothing happens, I can't book.
