Thanks for highlighting this to me. The thread you responded to was quite old and that was resolved then, so I imagine this is something different. As a result I had your post here into a new topic, to make it easier to follow. I hope this is fine with you. 🙂
What is happening when you try to upload your ID photo, are you getting an error message or something else?
Also, do you mind letting know what browser you are using? Have you tried uploading this from an altenative browser, I would try Chrome if you are using something else. Also, you could try clearing your cache - this has worked for me in the past.
