Installation with a shared account

Thanks in advance for assisting me with an issue.

we have been Airbnb hosts for a few years. My wife and i share a cooking account.

she just got a new iPhone and the installation process assumes it is a new user with a new listing.

how can I start over and how do I reference the original account.
