Instant Book only for selected listings

How does one turn on instant book ONLY for one out of a few listings?

Currently, instant book is either ON for ALL the listings or OFF for ALL the listings.

Am not able to turn it on for only one of the listings.

Anybody able to do so, please let me know how it can be done.

You find it under booking with each listing.

Thank you for your reply.

It seems to work.

However, the instant book function only appears next to the listing if I tick "Everyone who agrees to my house rules". 

If I chose "Only guests who agree to my house rules and are recommended by other hosts", the instant book function does not appear next to my listing.

Dose it mean that instant book function will only appear next to the listing if you choose " Everyone who agrees to my house rules"?
