Insurance against wilfull damage

Hi guys and girls!

I'm new to hosting airbnb guests and have started checking insurance against guests doing the wrong thing and found that my usual home and contents insurer (Suncorp) won't cover me if I rent out 3 or more rooms which in my case will be the whole house(4 rooms). I have called a few suggested insurers from the 'Austarlian insurance council's' website and they won't cover against willfull damage either. What do you guys and girls do to protect yourselves in case you get poor behaved people? Any sound advice will be greatly appreciated!
