Insurance for guests

I host in a condo. It has 4 units and one of my neighbors wants insurance proof in the event of an accident my insurance will cover my guests. My current carrier does not want to give me Airbnb guest coverage. Suggestions?

Firstly, I'm not sure that it’s any of your neighbour business other than Him/ Her drawing your attention to the fact that YOU may not be covered.
