Invalid showings

My listing does not show unless I narrow down the price range to within a few dollars of my price. Yet if I do a broader search I get dozens of hits from places that are many, many miles away from the desired town, Antibes. Some of the places are beyond Monaco which is an hour train ride. Why do listing for towns that have not been requested show when my listing, which is in the town requested, not show? This only started happening soometime around last September. I didn't notice it until now because during the early winter inquiries are slow. They should be picking up now and yet I haven't received a single one.

I've contacted Airbnb about this by email but all I get back is a message thanking me for my patience. Is there a number at which I can reach an Airbnb representative?
