Is possible to add a "special offer" to certain dates? for example, 10% from 1-7 ... and if so, how?

The special offer is to be available to anybody, not just those who sent a message. I've seen it on other listings but can't find it!

No, that is not possible unless it is prompted by airbnb - such prompts will occur in your calendar. The only other thing to do is to adjust your prices manually for the dates in question.
