Issue with deceptive listing

I have been trying to locate a place to stay for myself and a colleague for an upcoming business trip. I was about to book a place on airbnb that was advertised as having space for six people in 4 beds. Luckily, I wrote to the host to confirm the bed sizes before booking. When I did, I was informed that in fact the listing only had one bed! Rather, I was told that the whole house had 4 beds, but I would only be given access to one of them. It took several emails for the host to explain this clearly, as the responses were extremely evasive. How do I complain about this deceptive listing so that others don't get fooled?

Hi Lindsey

I suggest reporting this host to airbnb.  Give airbnb customer service a chance to work with this particular host to improve his/her listing.

I suggest using the listing number:  https://airbnb.com/rooms/XXXXXXX.

Also here's a link from Dave and Deb re contacting Airbnb

@Lindsey8 Look for the Report This Listing link with a flag icon. You can use that to report this to Airbnb so that they can get the host to fix their listing.
