You probably refer to the "booking window" in "availibility" settings. This option gives a rather confusing explanation on the right side of the screen, saying: "Your listing isn't available after 3 months from today."

But it should be read as: "Your listing can not be booked after 3 months from today, those dates are not available".  It is just a date limit for future bookings, every new day it shifts 1 day. Availibility is also reflected this way in the calender
