LISTING REMOVAL / DE LISTED Please help Thank you.

I've received an email recently from Airbnb Team stating that my listing would be removed by 9 February 2016

I can't understand this decision as I have more than 40 positive reviews and 5 stars rating

Cosy Studio by Kensington High St.

If it's not about quality and hospitality, what could motivate such a decision?

Hello Karim,

It started in Barcelona, then in Amsterdam, now also in London and Rome I hear. Airbnb removes listings of good hosts without giving any reason. One of my listings has been removed at 23 december without any reason.
