Letting guidelines

I want to start letting a property with air bnb as I’m not getting many booking using conventional letting sites. I want to talk to someone before I commit. I only want to let from May until September & I will only take guests that wish to stay 7 nights or more. Can I do this. I’m trying to find a “contact us” option but seem able to.

Yes, you can setup a listing in the way you mention it by:

- turn off "Instant book" (so you can message witj the guest first)

- Make May until September available on your calender

- set minimum stay to 7 nights
