Location problem. Wrong City

Hi everyone!

After filling the address field for my listing, I try to choose the City but airbnb website does not give me my city as a choise. Instead it gives me the adjacent city as a choise. As a result, my listings do not appear on search by guests looking for a place in my city. I try to fill the field manually but the website gives me the message "We couldn’t find your exact address". Can anyone please help me? I tried to find an email to contact airbnb but I didn't manage. My city is Nicosia, Cyprus and my ZIP CODE is 1100.

I guess we are both screwed. Surely we can not be the only ones. I just put in a listing and I am in the wrong City and State in Mexico. Does not seem a way to correct it. They have a drag option but I would need to drag it several hundred miles. Anybody?

I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues with the location of your listing on the site. There have been a few discussions about this issue in the Commuity Center (CC), which you can find by using the search bar on any page in the CC - you may find some useful advice there.
