Long term hosting for one year

Hey fellow airbnb community, we are looking to book our guest bedroom starting next month and would love to book long term on airbnb, preferably for 1 year. Any tips on this as to what airbnb community room to post it in?

Hi Matthew! Not sure what you're asking. Do you want to be able to use your guest room for one person booking long term, or do you want to have your guest room available for many airbnb guests during the year?

Hi Debby, happy to clarify. We are looking to book one person or couple for one year, as opposed to many guests. We just arent sure which community chat to post in. Open for suggestions.

Why even use airbnb if you're hosting long term?

Just create a regular listing, and in the calendar section be sure to

1- open up the calendar Indefinitely (so that all future dates are available)

2-set your minimum and maximum length of stay

All listings that allow stays of 14 + days will automatically appear on the Airbnb long-term rental site here https://www.airbnb.com/sublets
