Make co-host main host

I am main host of a property with a co-host (who actually owns the property and for whom I was managing it).

I wish to relinquish my role as main host (or any hosting duties at all) and make him the main host - how do I do this please?

Delete the listing, he lists the property under his own name.

I am acting as a "co-host".  I do not own the property and the owner lives in another states.  They want me to do everything for the property.  However as of now I am the co-host and they created the listing.  They want me listed as the primary contact person.  How can we set this up (but still have the co-hosting agreement)?
