Missing Master key

I do not know what I should do. My prevoiusly guest  did not left key at regulary place for that. After she left I realized there is not key. I check all flat and could not find it. It is Master key and I will must pay 5000 euro. I do not know whar airbnb insurance cover but missingf key for sure.

We tried to contact Olga but she already left Germany for Russia with my key it seems.

5,000 Euro for a key? That does not sound right. Did you mean 50.00 Euro?

if you took a deposit, you can use the deposit to duplicate a new one, I guess?
