Missing Payment

Hi All - I'm new to hosting. I had my first guests stay with me April 22-23 and even though I received an email sayign a direct deposit has been sent to my banking account, I still have yet to receive payment. (I have Bank of America, and yes, the routing information I provided was correct).    Can anyone help me?  I can't find a contact phone # for airbnb and nowhere can I find an email address to connect with customer service. Thanks in advance.

Also, at the bottom of any guest reservation itinerary is an AirBnB phone number.
