Missing payout

We have a guest staying with us for the month of January and we were told by airbnb through an email that the funds would be deposited into our account on or before Jan 6th and as of today still no payment recieved. Is there a toll free number for customer support ? Or how should we try and contact someone about this issue?

i also have the same problem with a non payment trying to get hold of air bnb is very difficult
