My guest says that when they try to book, it loads half way and then says there is an error

Hi there,

I have a guest who is trying to book dates that I have available on my calendar, but he says that every time he trys to pay, he keeps getting an error message.

He says the page loads half way then presents an error message.

 

Any thoughts?

@Benjamin40 I would advise your guest to contact Airbnb, preferably through twitter @airbnbhelp for the fastest response.  But there are other ways too as described in this link:

Two common issues are that cause this are incorrect credit card information or browser issues.

 

The issue could be the credit card details entered do not match the details registered to your payment method.

 

The most common issue could be that the credit card details entered do not match the details registered to your payment method.  Please exit the checkout process and then visit https://www.airbnb.com/users/payment_methods and ensure you add the credit card information or that the information matches the information for your credit card billing address.
