My guest showed up a week early, how accommodating should I be? Their mess up, not mine.

Got a message from guests who are confirmed for end of the week. Their mess up, however the space is occupied. How much do I work on fixing this?

Not much you can do. They'll have to arrange to stay elsewhere for a few days.

If they come early and want to stay on, you can only tell them to book elsewhere before their booked days. Or offer any days between current guest and their arrival date at normal rate. If I can, I'd help them with wifi and phone calls.
If they come now instead of later, they still have to find a place and have to cancel yours. Depending on your cancellation policy, you will lose money on that. In the second case, I would not be helpful, even with information,as the longer they wait with cancellation, the less you will lose. I would however inform airbnb, that they showed up early and left. Prevents future lies...

Look for another airbnb in town where they could stay.

We had the same guest last week. Leslie Lauretta and her husband and her dog.

Did their dog pee on the floor?  found the dried stains....uv light confirmed,

just wanted to make sure.

No this message was from over a month ago. All is fine with the Lauretta's.
