My question was rerouted to the company more than 8 days ago and no one has responded.

In the meantime the company has delisted me. I have had to cancel 11 guest becuase of some glitch with my account. This has happened once already. It has cost 2 months of income and part of my vacation time trying to resolve this matter. Why is it so difficult to contact this company. I would like this matter resolved immediately and perferrably permentantly.

I just discovered this problem on my listing today. My Issue was rerouted as well. Have they resolved i for you ?
