My stats are wrong

1st apaerment I have, has been booked since Dec 12th to Jan 27th, stats say no booking Dec or Jan. How can this be? 2nd apartment, Stats say 1 night booked in Dec when 4 nights were booked. So says i night booked and 30 not booked???

Plus I don't like you cannot contact Airbnb except on Facebook. They should have a customer service 24/7!!

@Shelley41 The stats are not reliable - I really wouldn't worry about them. Sometimes they are way off!
