My text responses are not synching with my app and vice versa. Any clues?

My text responses are not synching with my app and vice versa. Any clues?

If I decline by app I then get numerous warnings that I have not responded to the prospective guest by text even though I may have had Booking accepted messages on the app??

Ah this does sounds annoying, have you tried removing and downloading it again to your smartphone? This has worked wonders for me in the past with other apps.
