Negative reviews?

I have been receiving feedback from airbnb's "monthly reports" that I received negative reviews for the month (last month it was two), while all the posted reviews that were written for the month were glowingly positive. Can guests give negative star ratings (cleanliness was rated as five stars across the board) without writing a review, and without me knowing about it? How can I find out more, so I can improve? It doesn't help to get the feedback "you received two negative reviews" without any more information that that. Thanks!

Have you looked at your Stats tab to see what all the star ratings are from the guests?
