I am actually a fan of AirBnB but their decision to make it hard to communication is "Pound Foolish, Penny Wise."  A ticket was opened but the AirBnB person never got back to me, and the ticket was closed.  I could not find any, repeat any, place to send an message except the Feedback which they say is not monitored.

Yes, this saves them money, but really, it is frustrating.

 

So, the question is how to communication, except with a phone call, with a company that doesn't want to communicate?
