Dear Comunity

Last year after signing up to Air BNB I had a great response, some lovely guests and was really pleased. This year I have had no bookings at all inspite of decent reviews from my bookings.

I realise price can influence response-however I have not put my fees up. Any pointers would be welcome. Is it possibly just saturation of the market place.

There are certainly many more hosts than a year ago. I would suggest keeping an eye on similar properties over the next month and see if your pricing is in line with the market for your part of London.

We are getting bookings, and pretty much have been fully booked for available dates since April and through the summer. Bookings seem to come in fairly late, and in waves of activity.....
