Please add us to the list.  We have now had two guests stay and nothing from Aire BNB so I'm assuming if Ic an leave reviews our guests are not being asked for them.  I rang the number someone posted but was left in a queue for 8minutes before I hung up.  Really frustrating situation.  Please fix it airbnb.

@Ron-And-Linda0 I think they are working on the problem.  I got a review prompt and so did my guest within 7 hours of check out. 

The best way to ask for the prompts to be re-sent is through twitter @airbnbhelp.  Other ways are included in the link below:
